Sports Benefits

Sports are an excellent way to increase self-esteem, lean body mass, happiness, intelligence, social contact, confidence, body awareness while decreasing body fat just to name a few of the advantages.

What age should you start to play sports?

You are never too early to learn with some soft toys and by learning some basic hand-eye skills necessary for later learning.

Certain organized sports don't start until 5-6 years of age but you may find games to play with your child to teach them basic skills.
