Fitness Tests
Fitness Tests are a great way to determine your current physique and dont cost a dime. There are a few tests which certain fitness professionals can assess for you. One of these tests requires a professional with the designation of CPAFLA. This professional does a cardiovascular step test, and then heart rates are measured to determine how quickly your body can recouperate from it. Along with this test includes a strength test with a grip strength monitor, a pushup and flexibility test. Finally subcultaneous skinfolds are measured using calipers to give you a starting point to your exercise workout routine.While this test isn't for athletes it is a good test for the general population.
