My name is Brian Carty; I am a certified personal trainer through Can-Fit-Pro and the YMCA. Fianna Fitness is a personal training and health coaching business based in Kingston Ontario. I provide one-on-one and small group training. Personal training sessions can be done at your home, office, the great outdoors or possibly at your gym of choice (please ask).

I will keep you on track, push you harder then you can push yourself and make sure you work out safely to get the results you want. After an initial FREE consultation and detailed fitness assessment, I will guide you step-by-step through a workout designed specifically for your fitness level and goals.

I will come to you! You dont need to worry about getting ready to go to the gym or remembering to bring your gym shoes with you every morning on the way to work. I can meet you on your doorstep when you get home or before you go to work.

I take pride in striving not to just reach my clients personal goals but to also reach those goals in the healthiest way possible. Your health is the most important thing that you have, without it your goals will be much harder, if not impossible to accomplish.
