Although I was never significantly overweight, I had very little muscle mass and I really wanted to get in better shape. But every time I tried a new fitness program I never saw the results I wanted. I was so discouraged but I decided to try one more time by calling Trainers on Wheels, and it turned out to be the best thing I ever did. Ive never been able to stick to any exercise program before and have tried other trainers, but Keren is the most amazing trainer ever! She helped me to develop my own individual plan to target my specific goals, motivated me to get the most out of each of our sessions, and even offered detailed nutritional advising. I get bored easily so she created a lot of variety in our routine and constantly tailored my workouts to meet my needs. Most importantly, I saw the results that I never did with other programs. In fact, I saw significant results in less than 3 weeks! All my friends have noticed a huge difference and have been asking me how Ive done it! In a bit of good health news, I retook my diabetes panel tests this week. My My HbA1c went down from 8.2 to 7.5. That's a big improvement, about what it was before it started creeping up. With more work, I should be able to get it back into the 6-range, which is non-diabetic. Also, my cholesterol was down to 171, with my LDL and triglycerides at better levels, too. Furthermore, my day-to-day glucose testing in the morning are at low levels I haven't seen in years. YEA!!! :-)
Thank you soooo much for all your contributions to this progress. This is exactly the direction where I want to go, and we're only just starting. This really makes me motivated to make more changes and keep up with my workouts. How exciting! :-)
