Cost of membership: gyms are gyms in Toronto area.
Pros: Actually most of the crowd is from Richmond Hill gym is in a warehouse so it has high ceiling and lots of fresh air especially in summer and tons of parking.
Cons: Evening is very, very busy too busy to workout properly.

Thoughts: It isn't the best gym, but compared to what is out there it's a well equipped gym, fairly friendly crowd high turnover of staff and owned by an equity fund that bought and sold Crunch Gym so you know they are only building it up to sell.

If you live in South Richmond Hill, East Vauhgan etc., best gym in the area.


The best gym in the city is (and why): It actually is one of the better gyms in the Toronto area and the best Extreme location.

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
