Cost of membership:Abhorrently costly for the amount and quality of equipment available,this goes for service and space. Surprised to see that there is NO equipment for abs or lower back, (This is kind of important for women!) eg. (incline hyperextension equipment) just old ab rockers! Shower room is constantly under renovation, (there is like 3 showers) and the staff is clueless about anything. High pressure sales, (staff will bully you into trying to buy a full membership) and use the old "this deal is ONLY on for TODAY".... Staff does not bring up student or corporate rates, (that's a big secret!)and have to run to management when you bring it up. Then management has to look it up in the books. No elite trainers available when you need them if at all. Scary when you know more than the staff when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The facility is a halfassed version put together in desperation to make a Women's gym. There is no swimming pool, no track or any kind of court. The only reason it stays in business, is because the Women's Shapes gym down the road, is WORSE....(RUN!!!) and women go to Goodlife on McPhillips because nothing is available in the area for women's gyms. If a better women's gym is built in this area, The Goodlife Women's gym on McPhillips will go bankrupt!
