The location is great, as well as the equipment and the facilities, however, I will not renew my membership because of the loud music, and because of the type of music: too much RAP as well. It is much too loud and my wife says she can't hear the TV because it is much too loud. People in our condo said they will not get a membership because of this issue. I question who the music is for: the patrons or the staff. If the patrons, have you considered the aging population? THe YMCA does not play music and is cheaper so an option exists not far away. These are my comments if any one is listening.
