Like many others who live near the Bell Farm Rd. location I want to Say..."do not go to Ultimate Fitness BArrie!!"
They are a huge rip off...when one location went under/bankrupt (whatever they want to call it)the clients were forced to keep paying and travel across the city almost 20 minutes in the winter to use a different facility that doesn't even offer what the orignal one had to offer. Ultimate Fitness claims that the clients at Bell Farm should have known when signign up that they would have use of both facilities. Perhaps though if they had been told or could see into the future that that facility would close it doors due to financial difficulties ,then just maybe many of those people would NOT have signed a contract to make monthly payments to a place that would no longer exist in thier community. The other facility is NOT CLOSE BY, that is a fact!!!!It is the opposite end of the city!! What good is that to someone who has no transportation???? They did not even consider to give the clients of the location that closed the option to cancel thier memberships. They just rip you off and the new owner at the other location gets your money. Didn't even offer a reduction for the incovenience or cost to travel across the city...no consideration for the clients at all...just thinking about getting that monthly fee into thier pockets....disgusting place. Check out the website under "new", they even have the gaul to tell people of the decision they made on the clients behalf....some membership!!!

Find another club if you want to be treated fairly. I joined the club on Bellfarm only because they had squash. Now that they are closed they are telling me I have to keep paying for a membership at the Bryne club even though they don't have squash. What a ripoff!!!
