Cons:lockers are broken . not clean at times
The best gym in the city is (and why):i don't know anything else.
i like it but something breakdown it takes forever to fix.

Cost of membership: 40$ / month
Pros: 24/7 4 days a week!! Great staff, loads of free parking after 5pm (which is when a majority of people go). People arent rude at this gym, and you tend to have everyone doing there own thing without giving you attitude or anyone being full of themselves. Its a great range of people and its always a good time when I go. The equipment is updated frequently and is all kept very clean, as well the pool and sauna are very clean and thats very important as well.
Cons: Not open 24/7 the other 3 days of the the week, can get very busy at peak hours (which is expected i suppose) needs more cablecrossover machines. Bathroom could use a clean more frequently, and slightly better air circulation gets REALLY hot sometimes.

Pros: open 24 hr

Cons: Terrible customer service, staffs are unprofessional at solving problems, always getting harassed for my personal ids in entrance, takes an week to book a appointment with the manager. Very unhappy with this location

Thoughts: Ive been with goodlife for over 12 yrs now and been to over 7 different locations around the country. I never had any problems until this past year when I came across this goodlife in Toronto. Staffs are rude and unprofessional at their job. It been 4 days and i still havenít spoken to the manager becus heís never in. But all in all, there is one nice and friendly person that work there. Ask for sherry if you decide to join this gym.

beautiful openness to the gym. good availability. gym has been upgrading since I started 3 years ago. people are generally nice. There's a friendly and stunning membership consultant (asian girl) that works there if you are looking to join, she can be helpful as she is not the pushy type of consultant. I think her name is Sheri. Good gym to work out at if you like spacious streching area.

    Tracking Your Weights

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
