A worn, poorly kempt facility, but for the price of membership it's hard to beat. (You get what you paid for!) Very busy during peak hours, but offers 24 hour access MonFri. Staff are generally friendly, members as well. 4 Locations across the greater Ocala area, allows commuters to find the location closest to them.

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
