My daughter wanted to try out the gym today and when she showed her pass to attend a spin class she was told, "Oh ya we don't accept those so you will either have to pay or you can't come in." The passes that we have do not have an expiry date and there was no indication anywhere that they are not good. She felt that staff was unnecessary rude. She is a student and uses the gym at the university she attends. She was considering a membership for the summer months.

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
