Needs some maintenance on the workout benches & the men’s washroom could use an upgrade. Still a good value… get what you pay for.

While this is a large square footage sports/workout facility, it needs some extra touches to make it stand out from the crowd. This gym does have everything you'll need to get a great workout in but it lacks in the details. There are three payment plans and don't expect them to change it. The gym is large enough to always find a machine of your choice or book a squash court during peak times.

    Tracking Your Weights

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
