Cost of membership:29 per month...i also get to work out at any of their hamilton facilities...but i work out here...close to work.
Pros:friendly staff and members, plenty free parking, have the necessary equipment to have a good workout.
Cons: could be cleaner, small bathroom area(1 toilet) Thoughts: cant complain for $29 a month

Thoughts:This place is discusting, terrible staff that are no help at all, the machines are filthy and old, the bathrooms well we won`t go there, all in all i would rate this gym a 0 and should be shut down. Try calling the Head Office, you will never get an answer and never receive a call back.

I was a member until 18 months ago so it may have improved. It was dirty, broken machines, broken TVs, a leaking roof, no cleaning products, uninterested staff.
