personal trainers and staff are the ones leaving weight around the gym. treadmills are falling apart and a/c is rarely on. this gym also has a major leak issue but that is nothing compared to the staff you have to deal with. very rude and careless staff.

The facility itself is adequate, few water stains on the ceiling of the training room, musty smelling however in comparison to the other gyms, this one is sufficient enough if you plan your work out at low traffic times to never wait for equipment. Pet peeve is that most of the scheduled aerobics classes seem to get cancelled by the facility the day of the class, even the instructors at times aren't even told until they come in. Point is, satisfied with the facility itself, okay with the front line staff, hospitable enough service however the way the gym is run is quite a disappointment. Any member concerns do not get fully addressed especially for the the "mistake billing" errors. You have to keep hounding the management whose answer seems to always be, "thats so and so who handles it" "or thats corporate management etc.." and its always ended with "let me take your name and number and they'll get back to you" ... which of course they don't and you just have to keep trying over and over again. Its quite frustrating, if you don't mind the frustration, this gym is okay on the level of its equipment and front line staff other than that... I wouldn't suggest you get a gym membership with the premier fitness company as the company just really cares about taking your money and running.
