Cons:Fraudulent Payments
Thoughts:Haven't had a membership in over 4 years suddenly they started charging me again 2 months ago Jason the manager is EXTREMELY rude more or less it was old managements fault and said it would take a long time to resolve thinking about suing

Cost of membership:
Pros: Nice Lane Pool, good weight equipment, raquetball/squash courts are ok.
Cons: Old facility, frequent leaky pipes/roof, toilets running, Mens bathrooms are just disgusting, showers frequently filthy or out or repair. Staff are not concerned when serious matters are brought to their attention.
Thoughts: If you just come to work out and don't mind a dreary facility, you might consider it. If you really need a lane pool, you might have trouble finding your own lane every day, but, it is usually available and it is not bad. Staff were often terribly inept.

I'm smart enough to attend at off peak times, so the place is great. They have a several of the machines that I like to use that require 3045 minutes of use. The reception staff are very friendly and polite.

Customer service was poor. The club rented pool space out to private swim instructors. I was rudely told to exit a swimming lane by one of the private swim instructors. The facility has leaks, drafts, and machines that don't work. I go to the YMCA on Rebecca now, and would pay twice as much to be a member there. I canceled my membership six months ago, and I was coaxed into freezing it by their management. Stupid me. They started to charge me six months later with no phone call! Scam! Now I am out of pocket 64$ because I have to now give them 30 days notice. I wouldn't advise this particular Gym to anyone.

    Tracking Your Weights

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
