Was a short term member while visiting Vancouver but loved the hard work and determination feel to the gym, staff were great! The only let down was the bathrooms which are cleaned and sanitized regularly but definately in need of an upgrade.

Went for a year just because it was close & that is about it. Messy & not the best crowd I have experanced. Have been in gyms in developing countrie3s that were nicer actually.

If you're looking for a cheap gym downtown Vancouver and get your workouts in quick the Pantheon Athletic Club just may be the one you should choose. It isn't the cleanest gym I've ever seen but it has lots of free weights, tons of machines and it's not that busy.
The change rooms leave much to be desired but if you're looking to save a few dollars you can do what you need to do and get out.

Tracking Your WeightsThere are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
