This is the best gym I have ever been to - nothing in HK or anywhere else for that matter come even close!

Dirty and not clean at all, TVs were not working. Can not recommend the place. It cheap, but there is a reason for it and it is lousy quality.

    Tracking Your Weights

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
