DO NOT SIGN UP THERE. My partner was victim of verbal and physical abuse from one of the managers and it took weeks before anyone form management accepted to hear him out and finally. He was suspended without any consequence to the abusive manager.

Purchased a Nautilus Plus Passport (10 visits) as a Christmas gift to a friend, just before Christmas. I later found out she had already purchased a gym membership somewhere else, therefore I had no use for the NP Passport. I returned to this Nautilus Plus right after Christmas. They refused to refund me. They said even if I came back an hour after I bought it they would not refund me. This business is corrupt. They just scam you, take your money then laugh at you. Do NOT do business with them.

cannot cancel even with doctors orders not to use equipment . a pool is ok NOTHING ELSE!!!
i informed nautilus plus but there still sending me the bill..have not used the facilities since march 12 2010 the contract ends may 30 2010.
a $15.00 late fee..and $22.00 is now due.
