Hey this is a wonderful gym. It looks like a family run place. The staff are very friendly...it's clean...never had a problem with showers or the sauna. I work down the road at Holy Renfrew...a great place to be...a lot of energy!

This gym is by far the worst gym, I have ever been to. The place smells with vinegar, and the washrooms are small. The washroom contains 1 shower head and a small 3 person sauna. There are no trainers, and it doesn't offer any fitness activities. eg. boot camp training, yoga, and others.
Overall I have to rate this gym 4/10.

Excellent, clean, and fresh. Perfect view. I love it because it's close to my house, saves me time and hassle. Their good prices are a plus. Parking and waiting for equipment is never a problem. Showers and saunas are always clean. Spotless. I highly recommend this gym!
