Cost of membership: Unknown. This isn't available as a dropin facility. It is designed to be only used with personal trainers. I tried to get pricing but was referred to the phone number. Since the yaletown location is new and only for people with personal trainers I suspect this will cost a lot more than what you think it should be. With most things in life, you do get what you pay for so you will have private trainers at your disposal in a new facility with GOOD equipment. We have NO affiliation with them so this is an honest review.
Pros: New equipment, very clean (attached to a hotel), and only 3 people in about a 3000sq/ft gym. If you are wanting to change your body fast, this is the way to do it. Parking is only included when you purchase the membership.
Cons: I imagine the price is going to be the biggest barrier here.
Thoughts: Staff was extremely nice and that could be because they are hotel staff (well trained). I cant' comment on the other facilities, only the Yaletown location.
The best gym in the city is (and why): So far, for the price Steve Nash Fitness World (yes, they combined now) is the best value gym in the city.
