Cost of membership: approx $44/mn
Pros: Location (facility has moved and changed name see below)
Cons: Service from staff and owners
Thoughts: Equipment was new, location 5 minutes from my house however, service from staff and especially the owner abominal. Silly me, I thought the owner would appreciate being made aware shortfalls and bringing the poor service to his attention (phone calls, emails never returned, training session booked instructor cancelled never to be heard from again... Response from owner Jeff was nothing short of hostile. Completely unexpected and truly unbelievable. In the end, even though this facility is just a 5 min walk from my house, we had to cancel, the owner simply made it impossible to stay.
My sister and I will never go back.
We would not recommend this business to anyone.
We were very, very thankful that I signed up for 'month to month' membership and not an annual membership.
I might add the owners, made absolutely no effort to keep us. Customer service is not a priority of this business whatsoever.
BTW: This business is now called Dynamic Fitness, is a coed gym and is now located at 6th and 6th in New Westminster. Same owners are when it was Lady Dynafit.
