Receptionists are always very smiley and friendly, after few visits they will even remember your name, which is always fun!
Some of the equipment has been replaced by some brand new machines (individual TVs and USB plugs).
Changeroom offer whirlpools and shower.
Even though the weightroom is in the basement, the lighting makes the diffrence, you don't feel at all in a basement and the music keeps you focused and motivated.
The gym is very spacious, you will never have to wait for a machine. Rates are unbeatable for the services that you get.
And let's not forget that Club LaCité has an amazing terrace, great for summer days, with pools, long chairs, tennis court, juice bar and more... The main outdoor swimming pool is heated during winter!

Thoughts:Its dirty, dark, very old equipment, poorly maintained. Not safe. No one racks their weights. Weights are mismatched and scattered through out the gym.
