Stone is Hotflex!!!
His ability to read your mind and know your body is extraordinary. I have trained with many trainers in the past, Stone is different!!! He wants you to work as hard as you can, as he truly believes in your ability to accomplish greatness!!! I would highly recommend being trained by Stone, or his new trainer, Moses.
They are both good people who promote positivity and have an aspiration to send a message to all people through mind, body & spirit, you can achieve your dreams!!!
The Hotflex Fitness & Studio are very clean and has a good group of people that workout and train there! I am positive that you will become addicted and simply enjoy working out at Hotflex!!!
ONE LOVE ~ GOD ALONE
I am not a major gym goer, probably because I am used to the large gyms (Goodlife, YMCA). I had no idea what I was missing. Hotflex is small, intimate, but MORE than adequate. There is a large selection of equipment (weights, cardio machines, weight machines) available to use. The BEST THING about Hotflex though, is the ONE ON ONE TRAINING that they excel in. Stone, the owner and trainer, is amazing, he actively helps clients monitor their diet, pushes them towards excellence in order to help them meet their goals. I am so glad I found this place, and am happy to make the drive across town to get there.
Great Place Cleck out there supplement line Lifepak Nano & G3 and Overdrive and Cordymax are all natural and approved by the Olympic Committee "no banded substances"

Tracking Your WeightsThere are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
