Sometimes plays the music way too loud. But overall I'm very very satisfied with this location. Since my trainer moved there I moved there too even though it is much further away (1 hr by bus) then my original location (15 min walk). I will continue at this location. The staff all know me and call my by my nickname from my trainer.

    There are lots of easy ways to track your sets and reps. One easy way is through a little book that you can take with you to the gym. This book has progress charts, workouts and lots of tools you can use to always make sure you are improving.
