I've had a number of gym memberships over the last 15 years following the Sports Clubs of Canada, Goodlife is ranked #2 for me. The rates are reasonable and I've had no issues with the finances. This club overall is pretty easy going very busy from 5 to 7:30PM on weeknights, but pretty accessible any other time. On the odd weekend, I've found myself to be completely alone in the weight room! It's in an old building and there are leaks somewhat frequently, but it doesn't impede your workout. The other great thing is that this isn't a meatmarket gym and you don't have to join some other gym for a year to get in shape before you go here there's a great mix of people (men / women, yound / old, gay / straight)

Several episodes of lights-out - showering in the dark! Excellent bodyflow group session, esp. ~4:30pm, but for some reasons it's being cut from 2/week to 1/week - it's rather disappointing! Questionable hygiene as often one can find long string of hair on the supposingly clean towels they hand out! Don't understand why the trainer needs to occupy a machine when he was training somebody. I like the members there though - don't know them, but they are average people who try to be healthier or be stronger, and not showing off!
