Cost of membership:
Pros:none for sure
Cons:if I could rate a 0 I would. staff are unbelievably RUDE and stuck up.
Thoughts:Too much gossip...which has its way of getting around to the guests.

Cost of membership: ok
Pros: convenient location
Cons: slow to repair equipment, poor ventilation, seems as though management doesn't care.
Thoughts: there are much better gyms in nearby Milton or Brampton.
The best gym in the city is (and why): it's the only one (and that's not saying much!)
