Gym Overall Review Score
High turnover staff rate. They must have quotas to hit. I feel like they try to sell me the suntan, the zone, or personal training every time! This seems to intensify when i'm there at the end of the month.. By the way, once you sign up for the Zone they don't follow up with you like other weight loss companies will do. They don't provide that "over deliver" service since a sale is yesterday's sale. There's motto is what have you done for me lately?
One of the worst gyms I have been too. Gym area is too small, no real stretching area, very little core strengthing equipment, no towels no papertowel and cleaner for cleaning off equipment, very busy late in the day, bad music suited more for a dance club than a gym. Staff are friendly about the only positive about this gym.
Fitness World has gone down hill over the years apparently.
No courtesy locks No towel service Bring you own or you are out of luck. Guess they let anyone in even if they don't have a towel to wipe off themselves or cover equipment when using it.
Oh yeah, and Air conditioning, were the hello is that. The weight room was like 80 degress and 50% humidity, WTF?
They used to be good !
This is a nice gym right downtown Vancouver. I would suggest that you workout during the day because it gets very busy around rush hour. The staff have been very nice and offered many different services and payment plans. The equipment in the weight room is too old but the temperature is good.
