Workout Talk | Workout routine


Hey I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for me about a workout routine. I am planning on applying for the RCMP in the near future and am needing to get back into shape ASAP.
In junior high and high school i was very athletic (playing alot of sports). Sadly my physical activity level has declined a nice bit since being 'out on my own' for about 4 years now. So any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
