There are so much more benefits doing cardio after a weight routine including faster recovery (lactic acid is actually used up as an energy source) and to burn fat more efficiently. Doing cardio first would prefatigue your muscles and can be a safety issue when doing a high intensity weight routine. Doing weights first would not as lactic acid would be used as fuel to assist with cardio (kinda like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone). Also, after weight training, your blood glucose levels would be lowered allowing you to tap into your fat stores much faster allowing you to burn more fat. Very excellent for toning those muscles. Any more questions just ask.
