Exercise Questions | What is everyones optimum time to exercise?!?!?


i have been trying to work my new fitness regime into my lifestyle and i work kinda of a mid-shift, therefore its hard to work out either in the evening or the morning because i have so little time outside of work in both.
i prefer mornings, is there any difference as to how exercise effects the body/energy levels depending on the time of day it is performed?!?!?!

For testosterone levels and awareness the afternoon is the best time to exercise.
