Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes. Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

And most important thing u will never be able to loss some weight untill u dont follow some good diet plan or until u dont fix ur eating habits . Best of luck

And @psgeorge which protein would you recommend to take? I'm not really good at knowing the nutritional value of each product. I typically buy based on referral or price...which I know isn't the best way.

A quick calculation suggests you need to consume approx 120g of Protien a day to maintain your current weight & shape. Try adding another 15-20g of health protien to your daily diet & you should see an increase in lean muscle mass.
