Weight & Fat Loss | Weight loss

I am 5'9" and weigh 120. I'm trying to get pregnant but still want to work out. I'm told I need to gain 10 pounds in order to increase my chances of getting pregnant. I work out everyday and don't want to stop....I love to workout. I enjoy eating healthy and the nonfitness friends of mine say.."just eat more twinkies". I would rather eat more healthy fats. Any suggestions about diet and workouts?

Running is the best exercises because it
helps you burn the calories. Just in 30
minutes a person can easily burn 300
calories. Walking, Sprinting and adding
hills or an incline can burn 180
calories in 30 minutes. Bicycling and
Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to
500 calories.

Drink more and more water . try to avoid all junk and suger products . Do some cardio exercise like , swimming , jogging , running and cycling . And most important thing u will never be able to loss some weight untill u dont follow some good diet plan or until u dont fix ur eating habits . Best of luck

You can use special nutrition calculators. You count what you eat and how much and programs counts vitamins, minerals and other ingredients. in this case you can eat healthy, but get more necessary ingredients.

You should eat more proteins per day and increase your weight.

Is it really true that there's a better chance of getting pregnant? How does that work? I'm really interested. I'm 5'6" and weigh 115.

And @psgeorge which protein would you recommend to take? I'm not really good at knowing the nutritional value of each product. I typically buy based on referral or price...which I know isn't the best way.

Thanks

Increasing your Protien intake will help with weight gain. A quick calculation suggests you need to consume approx 120g of Protien a day to maintain your current weight & shape. Try adding another 15-20g of health protien to your daily diet & you should see an increase in lean muscle mass.
