Weight & Fat Loss | Visable - measurable results

I have been working out for 6 weeks now. 4 to 6 days per week.
4 to 7 hrs. per week. I am doing Pilates, Firm body sculpt, Firm
cardio sculpt, and Firm abs workouts. I have also added some of
the exercises I found on the T-Tapp website this week.
I am 5'2" and 126 lbs. I was wondering when I could expect to see
some visable measureable results? My waist is 28" tummy 30"
hips 38" and thighs are 22". Do you have any advice? or suggestions??

Thank you,

Yall cant just to pushups and crunches and hop to have firm abs. These jsut work out the muscles, the fat is still there covering them up. You have to control your portion sizes and eat 4-6 meals a day to increase your metabolism. And by the way, pushups tone the ARMS! Oh and after 6-8 weeks the muscle adapts to the excersize so 100000 crunches every night for 30 years is the same as a few correct crunches ever night for a month or so. And do not do too many crunches!!! Take at least 6 seconds to do the crunch and put your hands on your shoulders so as not to strain your muscles. If you take less than 5 LONG seconds to do a crunch you arent doing them correctly. Bye, and DRINK WATER! Remember, give ur muscles 2 days to rest. That doesnt mean you cant work out the same muscles every day, just dont do abs or arms or whatever two days in a row. The bicycle manuever and lunges and short bursts of cardio are personal faves and very highly rated ;)

Dear Guest,

There are many variables that you have to consider. Are you eating properly, are you following the video guidelines to a T? (you get the point)

Pilates is the new fitness craze that people seem to think
is going to be the magical ticket to everything. Like everything else in exercise
if you continue with it for a long enough time its going to
help. However, if it motivates you to workout and you love
doing it... GO FOR IT!

Keep up the great work!
