Exercise Questions | The 5 best cardio execise

hi, iam 32 yr old girl,ido 2hr cardio which include tredmill 30mint,12m cycling,15m eplitical free runner and 10 min rowing, and 10 min again runner , and alternate days weighttraing, is that enough for me i want to loose weight as iam 63 kg or 136lb i want to get down to 120 lbs, and some time i feel lazy but i goto the gym but cheating on the excersise , what the the best exc that i can di in little time or cheating time . plz ans
