Nutrition | Supplement stacking?


hi i'm new to this forum and just wanted to ask a couple of questions i can't seem to find or get from anyone of my friends about it. i know it usually depends on your weight and size for protein intake and all that, but if i were to take purple k, before and after my workout in the morning, and then take quickmass right after my workout. and then just a regular protein shake at night before bed. i'm 5'3 and i fluctuate weight in between 110 and 120, i would like to get a nice weight gain up to about 140 or so with lean mass though, can anyone help me out with this? thanks
