Nutrition | So i dont eat vegetables


i havnt eaten vegetables as long as i can remember. how bad is that? i need to lose some weight before i go back to school but its hard to eat right when you dont like vegetables

There is no other food which substitute vegetable,body really need vegetable in your diet.Just don't ignore it by saying that I don't like vegetable. Try one new vegetable daily, hope you like some.

You don't like vegetables is a big statement... You don't like all veggies? There's so many different vegetables with different tastes and different ways to cook them... Eating veggies doesn't mean to eat salad everyday...

My best way is to cook carrots, sweet potatoes and garlic in a pan with olive oil and a bit of salt in the oven for about 30 minutes... So goooood! Give it a try, try different types...
