Weight & Fat Loss | Question about target heart rate (%)


I have recently started focusing on cardio in my workouts.
During my routine my heart-rate is about at 85%-90% of “max”

What is the best percentage or target to aim for during a cardio workout?

Your exercising to much in the anerobic range for your max heart rate. There is no way you can keep up 90% of your max heart rate for an extended period of time and if you can the estimate of 220 - age is not working for you, your max heart rate is a little higher. For a good aerobic workout your heart rate should be about 70 - 80% of your max heart rate. Aim more for 70%.
