Workout Talk | Over 50 weight loss & toning


Hi all...I'm 55+ I used to do a very physical job but retired now & outta shape... I can't run due to bad knees & ankle so I am doing recombinate bike workouts along with some 3# dumbells...up to 30 mins on bike with 2 sets of 7 mins on dumbells...does this sound like a good program 4 me? any suggestions wud be appreciated
