You make creatine naturally in your body and taking creatine supplements diminishes your body's ability to create it (negative feedback mechanism). You are 15 and in my opinion, shouldn't be taking it quite yet since your body is still developing. Well if you still want to, I'd suggest you cycle it (2 months on, 1-2 months off). Whey protein supplements are complete proteins which is needed to build muscle. Although taking these supplements are safe, most people people already consume much more protein than they actually need. Increasing caloric intake and eating a balanced diet would give you impressive gains without the supplements.

I totally agree with you. Out of the many protein sources out there, whey protein is the ultimate. It comes from milk. During the process of turning milk into cheese, whey protein is separated out.
It provides the body with the necessary building blocks to produce amino acids that are used for building muscle tissue.
Thanks..

Whey is a necessity as you're probably not making enough natual protein (chicken, eggs, tofu, tuna, fish, turkey etc) to really build which is why people recommend taking supplements.
