i hav an issue of lower abdomen..my lower abdomen ix of 33 ...and i wanna go down till 26 atleast...i dont eat over food,no such issues...i av been doing exercises of lower abdomen since one yr...but its still the same...its not wrking...help me in it...i do these exercises twice a day 20times each..in total 40 times a day..
