Exercise Questions | My program


Please check this routine out and let me know your thoughts.. Thanks so much. Note Wed Sat and Sun are rest days.

Monday / thursday

5 minute stretching
5 minute warm up.

hi,
your program only lists 5 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of a warm up; while stretching of any amount is better than none stretching really should be done every day.
Also, unless you accidentally left out part of your program, you should add full-body strength training 2 days a week and cardio 3 days a week -- and warm up, cool down, and stretch out :)
