a great exercise for the lower abs is the leg raise it also targets the waist

5/2/2008 4:24:26 PM | Great question...yes, I have noticed if we stick to maintenance work...we will not get past the 'edges.' increasing cardio time and the RUNNING are especially important. 4/14/2008 8:06:05 PM | What you may try is that of increasing your cardio by five minutes every time or another excercise that I would also recremend is that of High Intensity Interval training.
That is where you run 200meters and then have a 45 sec recovery before goin another 200.
Does that make any sense? HIIT is known to be one of the fastest ways to burn that extra body fat without the risk of catabolising the muscle that you have in longer endurance runs!
