Exercise Questions | Is this a good pec routine?


would I get a complete workout from doing the following(with dumbells)?

Presses(incline/flat/decline)
flyes(or crossovers?)
pullovers
vertical arm raises(lifting to the front from rest@side to overhead and back)

What muscles groups would I work with those exercises(I know Id at least work pecs and delts but would you please name them all for me anyways?)

No, you wouldn't get a complete workout from those exercises. You have mentioned exercises which use:

Your Pectoralis Major, Pec Minor, Triceps, Lats(pullovers), medial/front deltoids.

You need to make sure you work your total body(not just the front half).
