If youre a teenage you should be gettin at least 8hrs of sleep

Everyone is different and that is a difficult answer but the simplest response is. You have to ask yourself, am I thinking clearly throughout the day? Do I feel all there, mentally? If not, then the odds are you're not getting enough sleep.
