Body Building | I need chest excersises!

im 20 years old and have been working out for like 16 months. im happy with my progress but im working for a way to workout the center area of my pecs. any exercise ideas would be greatly appreciated

Withdraw your shoulders, open your chest,
sidelining is a truly basic movement, bring down
the bar to your chest and drive it back up, utilize
various seat edges, the fundamental advantage
of doing slant presses in extra to level seat
presses is that you can focus on the upper pecs
all the more altogether, center around your liftoff
and lockout...

Some chest Exercise which helps you to get the
perfect chest:
1) Bench Press
2) Bench Dumbbell
3) Barbell Bench Press
4) Seated Machine Chest Press

What exercises are you currently doing?
Give dumbbell pullovers a try. It's a
underrated chest exercise that'll really help
you chest, especially the lower area. Use a
light weight and really focus on the

bench press will do. It is actually just basic but it needs determination to achieve that perfect chest.

The most important chest exersices are,..
bench press
Inclined bench press
decline bench press
inclined dimmer
bench press dimmer
butterfly machine

I got a good workout routine for chest the other

3 sets/ After every set, increase the weight, and
reduce the reps.

Decline DB Press
3 sets/ After every set, increase the weight, and
reduce the reps.

Flat Flys
3 sets/ After every set, increase the weight, and
reduce the reps.

Push ups on the half ball thingy
Push out 3 sets of as many as possible.

Thats it.

Make sure to take 1.5 minute breaks between sets

The basic and best exercise for the chest
is bench press, that raise your chest and
will bring it in shape.

Hey guys
Wanting to build up a good chest is a goal for most males, but working out one part i.e "the middle" of your chest is impossible, a muscle rather contracts from insertion to origin or not at all, you cant work on parts, as wongk222 said doing full range of motion is great for overloading the muscles and also makes for more practical strength.
Also a tip your may not have thought of is working out your back! yep thats right, for every chest exercise you should do a back exercise, this will make your chest look bigger buy bringing your posture up and shoulders back therefore "sticking your chest" more, if you only workout your chest your shoulders will slump forward and you will have postural problems, which is bad news!

Bench press is good...

Also do full push ups! That will make your chest big....and pec flys!

- Incline Barbell Bench Press
- Incline Bench Cable Flyes
- Incline Dumbbell Flyes
- Incline Supinating Dumbbell Flyes
- Incline Bench Dumbbell Press
- Hammer Grip Incline Dumbbell Press
- Declined Push Ups
- Smith Machine Incline Bench Press
- Exercise Ball Inclined Pushups

if u want to shapen your chest try doing some incline and decline dumbell flys and than superset with some champaigns which right after you do dumbell flys like a set of 10 put the dumbells together and go down and up from your chest. also superset and do some diamond push ups right after your bench press that should help too.
