Hello I'm on the Berstiene diet and I 'm worried
that its too costly and I won't be able to follow it
for much longer also the fact of the long term
health problems. I want to continue but can't
afford it. Can any one tell me an alternative diet
that actually works. I would really appreciate any
help and suggestions because I have a tone of
weight to loose so I can regain some of my health.
