So what I did, I have to do some changes with the regimen. For example, this day I will do the stationary biking for 30 minutes, 15 minutes for the treadmill, 15 minutes for the the chest/ tris. The next day I will do more push ups, weight training. What I'm saying here is, do a variety of exercise each day so that this way you are really enjoying what you are doing without feeling that you have to do this routine because you have, but you are doing it because you are enjoying it. Try it man, alright?
