Body Building | Flexibility in the schedule

Ok, I am starting back training after a couple unsuccessfull attempt. The thing is I always end up losing motivation. So I had that idea, I will train during my 1h break (have a gym at work) so it won't use my "free" time and I am already at work anyway and don't need that hour to eat (have plenty of break). That was a great idea and it work well. But I need some help with my program. I want something that takes about 40 minutes and can be done everyday with rest at any given time (my shift are not always the same as for the days off) I am looking only to do muscular, I can do cardio at home. Thanks for your help.

Have you looked into kettelbells?
What equipment is in your workplace gym?
