10/29/2011 4:04:48 PM | Hey, yes they will definetly increase your size if you are constantly adding weight and challenging yourself. If you are doing less reps with greater wieght it will certainly increase your chest size, but if you do alot of reps with low wieght it will tone your chest and no growth will occur. Hope this helps!
