How do I Fix Google Nest Wifi or Google Wifi
network?
There are few different things that can cause
network problems for your Google Nest Wifi or
Google Wifi devices.
Follow these troubleshooting steps to fix:
Wifi router or point shows offline in mesh test
Can’t connect to the
internet
Light indicates a network error
Other network issues. Sometimes loose,
disconnected or damaged cables can cause
connection issues.
Make sure the provided Ethernet cable is
connected securely (the tab should click in) to
your Google Nest Wifi router or primary
Google Wifi point’s
WAN port . The
other
end should be connected securely to your
modem.
Make sure your modem and Wifi router and
point(s) are powered on and that all cables are
secure.

It sounds like you might have a gluten or dairy allergy.
I'd suggest trying brown rice protein or hemp protein.

Try modifying your timing of taking the protein powder. You can drink it first thing in the morning along with simple carbs to prevent the catabolism (breakdown) of your muscles. You can also take it immediately after working out. This is because your muscles are like sponges after working out. They take in all nutrients you ingest including protein very quickly. If you can't tolerate the protein powder, then I suggest you go for the natural sources of protein like lean meat and nuts. There are a lot of high protein diet that you can find in many weight related websites. Try surfing the internet to aid you in choosing a high protein diet meal.

you aren't having full meals with the protein are you? the protein supplement is basically a meal, though I don't recommend having it every hour. drink before a workout. I believe thats the best time.

Also remember that different way proteins companies create different mixtures. Some whey proteins have more enzymes than others. Try out different brands into you find one that doesn't make you bloated.

you can always try different types of proteins. There are soy, rice, whey, meat, fish, poultry and incomplete proteins that can be combined to create complete proteins.
