Exercise Questions | Callanetics vs. yoga and pilates


Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has tried the callanetics program and if so if you think its just as good as yoga and pilates. Also I have heard that callantics gets very fast results (toning, tighting and lifting). I have starting to do it every other day...so...right now I do cardio monday-friday approx. 40min and do some weighttraining everyother day and do the callentics the days that I dont weight train, is that to much? Will that work doing both weight training and callantics? I am not trying to lose weight but rather tone and tighten (and lift) and build bigger muscles and defination.
